Emergency & after hours

There is a $150/hr. surcharge for animals admitted outside of
regular business hours. Arrangements for late admissions must be
made during regular business hours.

Vaccination requirements

All vaccinations must be presented before your pet is checked
into the facility.

Please note:

We do not take care of diabetic dogs.
We do not board post-surgery dogs (hip, knee, ligament surgery) within 6 months of surgery due to the high risk of re-injury
In the event your pet requires medical attention during their stay, they will be taken to a veterinarian at your expense. We will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact before taking your pet to a veterinarian or before any treatments are performed
Any medical special needs will be charged extra according to individual requirements (roughly $5 per application).
Check-out time is 1:00 PM – all pets are charged on arrival regardless of the check-in time
All dogs must enter the premises on a leash

Monthly Rates (30 Days or More) 20%

Discounts cannot be combined and do not apply to feathered or other furry friends. Senior citizens get a 10% discount.

What should you have ready before boarding?

Your dog’s food plus additional for unexpected situations.
Vet information—Don’t forget your vaccination card!
Leash & collar—Please bring your dog to the resort on a leash. We will remove all collars prior to boarding and return them and your leash/harness back to you.
Emergency contact number—We need a phone number where you can be reached or an emergency contact person who can make decisions on your behalf, if your dog requires veterinary treatment.
If someone else is picking up your dog, make sure we know the name of the person who will be picking up your pet. Your dog will not be released to anyone other than the registered pet owner. Payment must also be completed before your dog is released.

It is highly recommended that you have your dog ready to be checked in before 3:30pm on the day of your arrival.

Food service

We require that you bring your dog’s own food to avoid upset tummies due to a change of diet. Our food preparation kitchens have freezers, refrigerators, and microwaves, so we can accommodate all kinds of dietary needs. Please plan to bring enough food plus additional for your dog’s stay (preferably in a stackable container).

We serve treats throughout the day, but you are also welcome to bring your own treats.
