Important boarding information

Emergency & after hours

There is a $150/hr. surcharge for animals admitted outside of regular business hours. Arrangements for late admissions must be made during regular business hours.

Health & medications

All pets must have a recent health checkup from their veterinarian.

Please note that:

We do not take care of diabetic pets.
We do not board post-surgery pets due to a risk of re-injury.
In the event your pet requires medical attention during their stay, they will be taken to a veterinarian at your expense. We will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact before taking your pet to a veterinarian or before any treatments are performed
Check out time is 1:00 PM all pets are charged on arrival regardless of the check in time

What should you have ready before boarding?

Your pet’s food plus additional for unexpected situations.
Vet information.
Your pet’s cage and personal belongings.
Emergency contact number—Please make sure we have a phone number where we can reach you or an emergency contact who can make decisions on your behalf.
Please make sure we know the name of the person who will be picking up your pet. Your pet will not be released to anyone other than the registered owner. Payment must also be received before your pet is released.

We recommend that you check your pet in before 3:30pm on the day of your arrival.

Food service

We recommend that you bring your pet’s own food so as not to change their diet while they are staying with us. Please plan to bring enough plus additional of your pet’s food for their stay (preferably in a stackable container). Our food preparation kitchens are equipped with freezers, refrigerators, and microwaves, so we can accommodate all kinds of dietary needs.
