Exercise and Play Time

Daily walkabouts outside their suite around the atrium and cathouse.

Head to Paws

Daily nose to toes wellness inspection, with plenty of individual cuddles and TLC.

Kibble Care

1-2 meals a day with snacks in-between. Special meal preparation (i.e. raw food, heated or frozen foods).

Personal Living Area

Suites include hide-a-beds, plush bedding, scratch posts and an attached outdoor balcony with 24/7 access (Weather Permitting).

Personalized Compassionate Individual Care

Daily brushing, maintenance and body massage for relaxation.

Important Information

Emergency & after hours

There is a $150/hr. surcharge for animals admitted outside of regular business hours. Arrangements for late admissions must be made during regular business hours.

Vaccination requirements

All vaccinations must be presented before your pet is checked into the facility.

Cats

  • Current rabies
  • FVRCP
  • Feline Leukemia (recommended)

Kittens

  • Kittens must have all 3 sets of kitten vaccines (FVRCP) and rabies.

Please note:

  • We do not take care of diabetic cats.
  • We do not board post-surgery cats (hip, knee, ligament surgery) within 6 months of surgery due to the high risk of re-injury
  • In the event your pet requires medical attention during their stay, they will be taken to a veterinarian at your expense. We will make every effort to contact you or your emergency contact before taking your pet to a veterinarian or before any treatments are performed
  • Check-out time is 1:00 PM – all pets are charged on arrival regardless of the check-in time

What should you have ready before boarding?

  • Your cat’s food plus additional for unexpected situations.
  • Vet information—Don’t forget your vaccination card!
  • Crate—Please bring your cat to the resort in a crate or carrying case. We will remove your cat from the crate and return it to you.
  • Emergency contact number—We need a phone number where you can be reached or an emergency contact person who can make decisions on your behalf, if your cat requires veterinary treatment.
  • If someone else is picking up your cat, make sure we know the name of the person who will be picking up your pet. Your cat will not be released to anyone other than the registered pet owner. Payment must also be completed before your cat is released.

We recommend that you have your cat ready to be checked in before 3:30pm on the day of your arrival.

Food service

Please plan to bring enough of your cat’s own food for their stay plus additional (preferably in a stackable container) to avoid upset tummies due to a change of diet. Our food preparation kitchens are equipped with freezers, refrigerators, and microwaves, making it easy for us to accommodate all kinds of diets.

We serve treats throughout the day, but you are also welcome to bring your own treats if your pet has a favourite snack.
