General boarding rates

Please note that, due to their needs, furry friends and feathered friends are required to have their own cages, food, and personal belongings.

Guinea Pigs/Chinchillas $14.00 / Day per cage
Hamsters $8.00 / Day per cage

Feathered friends

Small Birds $16.00/ Day

Important boarding information

Emergency & after hours

Please note that there will be a $60/hr surcharge for any pet admitted outside of regular office hours and that special arrangements must be made for late admissions.

Health & medications

Please note that all pets staying at our resort must arrive in good health. In the case of a medical emergency, we will take your pet to the veterinarian. Before any vet visits, we will make every effort to contact you

Please note that:

We do not take care of diabetic pets.
We do not board post-surgery pets due to a risk of re-injury.
Administration of any medication, vitamins, and supplements costs $1 per application.
Any medical special needs will be charged extra according to individual requirements (roughly $5 per application).

What should you have ready before boarding?

Your pet’s food plus additional for unexpected situations.
Vet information.
Your pet’s cage and personal belongings.
Emergency contact number—Please make sure we have a phone number where we can reach you or an emergency contact who can make decisions on your behalf.
Please make sure we know the name of the person who will be picking up your pet. Your pet will not be released to anyone other than the registered owner. Payment must also be received before your pet is released.

We recommend that you check your pet in before 3:30pm on the day of your arrival.

Food service

We recommend that you bring your pet’s own food so as not to change their diet while they are staying with us. Please plan to bring enough plus additional of your pet’s food for their stay (preferably in a stackable container). Our food preparation kitchens are equipped with freezers, refrigerators, and microwaves, so we can accommodate all kinds of dietary needs.
